Overview

An operating model is only useful if it can be implemented. What is buildable depends on people, platforms, entity and booking structures, cost base and the cost of running two models during transition.

Capmark helps institutions design target operating models that are ready to deliver. We then work with leadership to make the design decisions, build the target model and turn it into a sequenced implementation plan.

Where required, we stand up the implementation programme and stay until the new model is live and stable.
