Modern slavery statement
Last updated June 2026
Our commitment
Capmark Advisory is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. This statement is made in the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 and describes the steps we take.
Our business and supply chain
We are a global management and technology consulting firm serving financial institutions and energy markets, with offices in the UK and Australia. Our supply chain is short and low-risk: professional staff and contractors, technology and cloud services, and office services. We do not operate in sectors or geographies commonly associated with forced labour.
Our controls
We engage staff and contractors on lawful, written terms with pay at or above applicable minimums; we verify the right to work; and we expect suppliers to comply with all applicable modern-slavery laws as a condition of doing business with us.
Any concern about slavery or trafficking connected to our business can be raised through capmarkadvisory.com/contact-us and will be investigated; we will not penalise anyone for raising a genuine concern.
Review
We review this statement annually and update it as the business grows, including supplier due diligence proportionate to our size and risk profile.
