Capmark Advisory is a global management and technology consulting firm built for financial institutions and energy markets, with offices in the UK and Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use capmarkadvisory.com, contact us, download our publications or apply for a role.

What we collect

Account and contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number and location when you create an account, contact us or subscribe to our publications.

Application information you provide when applying for a role: CV, work history, education, screening-question answers and, only with your explicit consent, optional diversity information.

Usage information: standard analytics about how the site is used, collected through privacy-conscious analytics tooling.

How we use it

To operate your account and candidate dashboard, process and progress job applications, respond to enquiries, provide whitepapers and insights you request, and, only where you have opted in, send marketing, publication and job-alert communications.

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted processors to run the platform: authentication (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), customer-relationship management (HubSpot), analytics (PostHog/Plausible), document storage and our internal recruiting system. Each processes data on our instructions.

Your choices and rights

You can update your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time from your dashboard settings or the links in our emails. You can delete your account from your dashboard, which disables your login and marketing preferences; some recruitment records may be retained where we have a legitimate or legal basis to keep them.

Subject to applicable law (including UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us via capmarkadvisory.com/contact-us.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard technical and organisational controls, including encryption in transit and access restricted to those who need it.
