We help clients move from prototype to MVP to controlled production release. The build path includes security, support, ownership, operational controls and the BAU model needed to keep the product running.
What to expect
A senior practitioner leads from day one. The first stage defines the users, process, business rules, data, controls, integration points and delivery constraints.
The build is then sequenced into a backlog of epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria where agile delivery is appropriate. Where the environment requires waterfall or hybrid delivery, we define business and functional requirements, test plans, release gates and governance.
Each release is designed to be usable, testable and supportable. We close the engagement with documentation, controls, monitoring, support handover and a clear view of what should happen next.
