Delivery Assurance & Recovery

An independent, evidence-based answer to whether a programme will land.

Overview

Sponsors need an independent, evidence-based view of whether a programme will deliver — and, when it will not, a way back.

Large programmes usually fail in the joins: vendor configuration, internal build, integration, testing, readiness and sign-off. Assurance has to examine the evidence across all of them early enough to act.

Capmark provides delivery assurance, recovery and design/test governance for complex programmes. We review the evidence, report directly to sponsors or boards, and where needed re-baseline the programme and take accountability for recovery.

What we do

We review the programme’s own evidence: scope, plan, risks, issues, dependencies, test coverage, defect trends, vendor performance, readiness and decision logs. Sponsors receive a clear view of what is on track, what is at risk and what action is required.

What to expect

A health check typically runs in about three weeks: evidence first, then structured interviews, then findings in plain language with a recommended path.

Retained assurance runs on the programme’s cadence, reporting independently to the SRO, sponsor or board each period.

A Capmark Principal leads throughout. The same team can convert to recovery ownership where the findings demand it.
