Platforms and data that keep up with the fund's scale.
A fund's platform estate — registry and administration, investment systems, custody interfaces, member channels and the data between them — usually grows by accretion: each merger and each programme adds systems, and few take any away. The result is duplicated platforms and member data models that no longer describe one member consistently.
We work on the estate as a whole. The technology road map is set against the fund's scale and strategy, administration, investment and custody systems are connected so data moves without manual re-entry, and the member data foundation — ownership, quality at source, lineage and a single view of the member — is fixed so retirement income products and digital service are built on reliable ground.
We deliver the change as well as design it. Operating-model and architecture work runs into programme delivery, migration and cutover, and we stay until the new platforms and processes run as everyday operations.
We assess the platform estate as it stands, set the target architecture against the fund's scale and product plans, and sequence the road map behind the products and services the fund is building — each step fundable and useful on its own.
Administration, investment, custody and member-channel systems connected so data moves between them accurately and without manual re-entry. Interfaces are documented and monitored, and each integration is tested against realistic volumes before it carries live traffic.
Ownership, quality and lineage for the data that moves money and members — contributions, balances, unit prices and contact records — fixed at source rather than in reports, and built towards a single reliable view of each member across systems.
The operating model the platform estate serves: how investments, administration and corporate functions are organised, where work is done and by whom, and how the target platforms change roles, handoffs and controls across the fund.
Senior delivery leadership from design through build, data migration and cutover: one governed plan across workstreams, rehearsals before each move, and support through stabilisation until the new platforms and processes run as everyday operations.
Road-map work usually takes weeks rather than months: the estate mapped, options assessed with the fund's own teams, and a sequenced plan the board can fund. Delivery then runs in stages, each with its own rehearsal and cutover, and we stay through stabilisation rather than leaving at design.
Engagements run from a platform road map to full transformation delivery.
Establish the current state, the constraints, the risks and the value at stake.
Shape the target model and the business case with the executives who own the outcome.
Stand up the team, the plan and the governance around the outcome.
Design, build and test the change, with the business alongside.
Cutover, hypercare and handover, so the business runs it under its own control.
The same five stages on every engagement, led by senior practitioners end to end. How we work
