What we do
The expertise we bring.
We design the target finance function: organisation, roles, shared services, location, process ownership and controls. The design is grounded in what the function processes today, so cost and headcount choices are evidence-based.
We re-engineer monthly, quarterly and year-end close across account substantiation, certification, intercompany, consolidation and reporting. The goal is a faster close with fewer manual adjustments and stronger evidence.
We redesign the chart of accounts and finance data model: dimensions, hierarchies, definitions and governance. Planning, reporting and analysis can then read from the same structure.
We build driver-based budgeting, forecasting and planning, with management information linked to the drivers that move performance. Finance becomes better able to explain what changed and why.
We produce statutory, management and board reporting from governed data, with workflow and reconciliation tooling to automate routine steps. Where ERP or planning platforms are in scope, we support selection, configuration and implementation.
