The opportunity
Lead engagements day-to-day: the plan, the team, the client relationship and the outcome.
What you will work on
- Run the engagement rhythm: plan, dependencies, risks, decisions and reporting that executives actually use.
- Lead mixed Capmark and client teams across analysis, design and delivery workstreams.
- Own the client relationship day-to-day, with a Partner accountable for the engagement.
- Shape scope and approach for the next phase, grounded in what delivery is telling you.
What you will deliver
- An engagement that stays on the rails: honest status, managed risk, decisions made at the right level.
- Outcomes evidenced and accepted by the client, not just activity completed.
- A stronger team behind you: consultants and analysts who grew on the engagement.
What we are looking for
- Seven or more years across consulting and industry in financial services or energy markets.
- Experience running delivery teams and engagement-level governance on complex change.
- The judgement to escalate the right things early, and the standing to be heard.
- Right to work in the UK or Australia.
Experience that will help you succeed
- End-to-end programme experience: mobilisation through cutover to steady state.
- Domain depth in trading, operations, treasury, risk or finance change.
- Direct experience presenting to steering committees and executive sponsors.
Additional experience we value
- P&L or commercial responsibility for engagements or workstreams.
- Regulated-environment delivery with formal evidence requirements.
- Experience across both the UK and Australian markets.
