The opportunity
Own a workstream outcome inside a senior team: from analysis and design through to build coordination, testing and go-live.
What you will work on
- Lead the analysis and design for a defined workstream: process, data, controls or platform configuration.
- Work day-to-day with client subject-matter experts, engineers and vendors to keep design decisions honest and delivery moving.
- Turn ambiguity into structured options and recommendations that Partners can put in front of executives.
- Own testing and migration readiness for your area, including defect triage and evidence for sign-off.
What you will deliver
- A workstream that lands: design agreed, build coordinated, tested and adopted.
- Decision papers and design documents that stand up to CRO and COO scrutiny.
- A client team that understands and can run what was delivered.
What we are looking for
- Three to six years in consulting or industry roles across financial services or energy markets.
- Demonstrated delivery on at least one significant change programme.
- Clear, structured communication, in writing and in the room.
- Right to work in the UK or Australia.
Experience that will help you succeed
- Hands-on work with a trading, post-trade, treasury or risk platform.
- Experience running workshops with senior client stakeholders.
- Testing leadership: planning, execution and defect management.
Additional experience we value
- Exposure to regulatory-driven change and its evidence requirements.
- Data migration or reconciliation delivery.
- Energy or commodity market knowledge alongside financial services.
