What we do
The expertise we bring.
Replacing or upgrading a matching engine, clearing system or settlement platform affects every participant. We plan and deliver operator-side platform change with member impact managed from the start: specification, testing windows, migration rehearsal and cutover with fallback.
We have built more than 80 market connections to venues, CCPs and custodians from the member side. For operators, that experience shapes participant-facing programmes: interface specifications members can implement, test environments that behave like production, and onboarding that runs to schedule.
Operations inside a CCP, CSD or custodian carry obligations the member side does not: default management readiness, settlement finality, asset safety. We design and strengthen these operations — capacity, controls, exception handling — to the standard the operator's role demands.
For custodians and administrators we work on the processing chain — trade capture, settlement, corporate actions, pricing, NAV and client reporting — reducing manual touches and rework, and rebuilding reconciliation and oversight so service levels are met with evidence.
Market operators run services whose disruption affects the whole market. We map critical services and their dependencies, set and test recovery expectations against realistic scenarios, and turn findings into a remediation plan with owners and dates.
Rule changes land differently on an operator: they change the rulebook, the interfaces and the obligations to participants at once. We deliver that change end to end — interpretation into requirements, build, participant communication and the evidence of operation.
